Centennial Park is a beautifully
built and maintained park. It has 264 very large pads with mature trees. The wide cement streets
are well
maintained with yearly street cleaning, excellent snow removal and wonderful street lighting. Most streets offer
some street parking as well as driveways. All lots are fenced to the back.
A playground and ball diamonds are located within the park with walking paths. Pets are allowed with owner supervision when outside or owner supplied kennels. Centennial Manufactured Housing Community is close to schools and is on the CAT Bus Route as well. To top it off garbage, water, and sewer are paid.
